Make your own cheese
Immerse yourself in the world of old-fashioned cuisine with our "From Milk to Cheese" workshop, an interactive and fun activity that will delight young and old alike.
What you will do:
Learn how to make cheese by hand, just like Quebec families did in the 19th century. Cheese is made by heating milk, then adding vinegar to cause curdling; it then separates into curd and whey; the curd is then filtered and pressed to form fresh cheese.
