Enter the world of cheese with a self-guided tasting showcasing the cheese specialties of the Perron cheese factory. This workshop combines history, expertise, and sensory pleasure.

What you will do:

• Discover the different types of cheese produced at the Perron cheese factory, such as aged cheeses and fresh cheese.

The tasting includes 4 cheeses:

• Swiss cheese

• Medium cheese (Aged 6 months)

• 2-year-old cheese (Aged for 2 years)

• Cheese curds (fresh daily)
